PCG is constantly striving to keep up with the latest trends in the printing industry.
These technologies mean nothing without a talented team utilizing them – that’s why John Watson, Mark Fitzgerald and Andy Griffin started their respective enterprises by seeking out and signing up talented technicians who knew the true meaning of the words “innovation” and “service.”
PCG believes that the best way to get the most out of our employees is by providing them with a positive working experience. PCG’s team averages over a decade in tenure and over 15 years in the business.
Our Leadership Team
John is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), where he majored in Graphic Arts and Photography and was awarded a B.S. in Printing Management. Upon graduation, he was employed by Crosfield Electronics – one of the premier manufacturers of color scanners, pagination, and retouching systems. Within a few years, John and fellow RIT graduate Mark Fitzgerald opened Premium Color Graphics in 1992. John’s primary focus is on Sales, Marketing, Technology, and MIS, along with some accounting and administrative functions.
John’s knowledge of the industry allows him to sell with a consultative approach and gives him the expert ability to solve customer problems by helping them come up with the best solutions for their projects.
Mark is a third-generation Fitzgerald in the printing industry and attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he majored in Graphic Arts and received an Associate of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Printing Management.
His goal was to open his own business and in 1992, that vision came into fruition when he partnered with John Watson to open Premium Color Graphics. Together, they have spent the past 25 years developing creative and custom solutions for a variety of challenges.
Andy was born and raised in New Jersey, studying Business and Computer Programming at Saint Peter’s College. At the age of 25, he chose to follow his life’s dream and opened HandPack Inc, in 1993. Thanks to Andy’s leadership and old-fashioned hard work, HandPack quickly grew into one of the NYC Metro area’s leading assembly and packaging facilities. Looking to grow and diversify his business even more, Andy merged with Premium Color Graphics to form Premium Color Group in 2009.
